INGREDIENTS
- nacho chips
- sour cream
- lime slices
- mango
- red peppers
- cilantro
- shredded cabbage
- feta or cotija cheese crumbled
- avocado
METHOD
- Cook fish filets as per instructions
- Once fish is cooked, cut into small pieces
- Lay nacho chips on a baking tray and heat until warm in the oven
- Chop mango and red peppers into small pieces and mix in a bowl. Set aside
- Finely chip cilantro
- Mix 1 cup cabbage with 1/2 sour cream and squeeze 1/2 lime
- Slice avocado into small chunks
- Remove nacho chips from oven and sprinkle all topping
