INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries sliced into rounds
- 1 peach diced
- 1 chili pepper seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh, chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh, chopped basil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 lemon juiced (you can also use a lime)
- edible flowers to garnish
- olive oil
METHOD
- Garnish hummus with the topping and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with pita.
