cups lettuce, torn

cup parsley, picked
1/4
cup dill, picked
1/4
cup chives, chopped
1/4
cup mint, picked
1/2
cup radish, sliced
1/2
cup snap peas, sliced
1/2
lemon, juiced

Tbsp EVOO
TT
Salt and Pepper

oz 3 year old parmigiana
Instructions
- Mix all veggies together in a large bowl season with salt and pepper.
- In a small jar add lemon juice and olive oil 2-1 ratio oil to juice. Shake and drizzle over salad.
- Toss lightly and garnish with mircoplane parmigiana.
