INGREDIENTS
- 2 300 gram pizza dough
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp roast garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1 cup wilted spinach chopped
- 1 cup water chestnuts chopped
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 lime (both the juice and zest)
- to taste salt and pepper
METHOD
Special tools: Skull Cake Pan, 4 coffee filters 4 cups dry rice
Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Roll out pizza dough and place in cake pan. Cover with coffee filters and fill with dry rice. Blind bake for 20 min or until crust is darkly caramelized.
- Remove and let cool.
- In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredients, season and chill
- Carefully remove coffee filters and rice.
- Lift pizza crust from mould, and remove the top of the skull. Place on platter and fill with seasoned spinach dip.
Serve with bread, pizza or crisps.
