INGREDIENTS
- 11 watermelon cubes cut into 1" x 1" cubes
- 11 kiwi cubes cut into 1" x 1" cubes
- 5 feta cubes cut into 1" x 1" cubes
- 1/4 cup baby mint
- 1/4 cup baby basil
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white balsamic
METHOD
- Use a ruler to cut fruit and partially freeze the feta for clean cuts.
- Arrange the 3 x 3 block so no same piece of fruit is beside itself.
- Tuck into random squares the mint and basil leaves. Drizzle olive oil and white balsamic over the top.
