Ritz crocque monsieur
Chef, Randy Feltis shares his recipe of the delicious crocque monsieur paired with a Ritz Cracker.

Ingredients
1 box
Ritz Crackers
2 tbsp
dijon mustard
10 slices
Gruyere cheese
1/2 cup
pesto red pepper
Instructions
- Cut ham in half, cut cheese into quarters.
- Place 10 Ritz Crackers on baking sheet, spread with dijon, add a slice of Gruyere and stack half a slice of premium ham. Top with Ritz and then place another slice of cheese on top.
- Slide under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with a chunky pesto or a tart gerkin.
