Ritz king crab bomb with remulade sauce

Chef, Randy Feltis takes king crab meat and pairs it on top of a delicious Ritz Cracker. And enjoy with a Remulade sauce.

Ingredients
1 bunch
chives
1 box
Ritz Crackers
1 lb
king Crab meat, center cut, cooked
Remulade
1 cup
mayo
2 tbsp
grain mustard
half
lemon, juice
4 splashers
worcestershire
1tbsp
chopped chives
1 tbsp
chopped dill
1 tbsp
chopped parsley
3 tbsp
chopped dill pickle
2 splashers
hot sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions
- For the Remulade, mix all ingredients and set aside.
- In a pot of boiling water quickly blanch and shock (ice bath) your chives.
- Very carefully carve crab into 1.5 inch lengths. Place a small teaspoon of Remulade on a Ritz and top with king crab.
- Gently tie a chive around the cracker and crab holding it in place. Place on platter and enjoy.
