Ingredients

1 ½ lb
trimmed and cubed pork loin roast
2 tbsp
olive oil

Spice Rub

1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 tsp
dried oregano
½ tsp
ground cumin
½ tsp
celery salt
½ tsp
dried thyme
½ tsp
salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients
  2. Add the cubes of meat to the spice rub and coat well. Toss with the oil and marinate for 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate overnight
  3. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate
  4. Thread the meat onto skewers. Brush with oil. Grill the skewers for 8 minutes or until medium doneness, turning them halfway through cooking.
