Oysters baked with garlic butter and parmigiano

Ingredients

2 dozen
oysters
1 cup
butter
1 tbsp
chopped garlic
1 tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2
lemon, zest and juice
8 splashes
hot sauce
8 splashes
worcestershire
salt and pepper
1/2 cup
grated parmigiano

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425F. Place large lines of sea salt on a baking tray. Shuck‎ oysters and place on salt. Mix all ingredients together except the parmigiano making the ultimate garlic butter. Place a healthy dollop on each oyster top with grated parmigiano, bake until the oyster liquor softly poaches the oyster. Remove, let cool slightly and serve.
