INGREDIENTS
- 2 dozen oysters
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 lemon zest and juice
- 8 splashes hot sauce
- 8 splashes worcestershire
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmigiano
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 425F. Place large lines of sea salt on a baking tray. Shuck oysters and place on salt. Mix all ingredients together except the parmigiano making the ultimate garlic butter. Place a healthy dollop on each oyster top with grated parmigiano, bake until the oyster liquor softly poaches the oyster. Remove, let cool slightly and serve.
