Old School Canapes-Deviled Eggs

METHOD

Method:

  1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Pass the yolks through a fine strainer.
  2. Gently mix in mayonnaise, Dijon, hot sauce, lemon juice and Worcestershire.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and place into a piping bag. Pipe mixture into the whites and garnish with dill, black pepper and hot sauce.
