INGREDIENTS
- 6 hard boiled eggs (11 min cooked)
- 2 tbsp mayo the best you can find
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1 splash hot sauce
- 1/2 pink lemon juice
- 1 splash Worcestershire
- Salt and pepper

METHOD
Method:
- Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Pass the yolks through a fine strainer.
- Gently mix in mayonnaise, Dijon, hot sauce, lemon juice and Worcestershire.
- Season with salt and pepper and place into a piping bag. Pipe mixture into the whites and garnish with dill, black pepper and hot sauce.
