INGREDIENTS
- 4 Peeled & Pitted Avocados
- 3 Juiced Limes
- 1/4 Packed Chopped Fresh Mint
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Sweet Red Pepper
- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 1/3 Cup Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
METHOD
In a large bowl, mash together avocados and lime juice with a fork. Add mint, red pepper, tomato, onion, hemp seeds, garlic and sea salt. Spoon mint guacamole into lettuce leaves.
