Fridge vegetable-drawer slaw

Ingredients

1 cup
thinly sliced cabbage
1
thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup
cilantro
fruit, (mango was used on the show, but grapefruit or orange would be excellent as well)

Dressing

generous spoonful
low fat mayo
equal amounts
apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Make dressing right in a large bowl.
  2. Toss in cabbage, onions, cilantro and fruit, serve.
