INGREDIENTS
- 20 thin slices double smoked bacon
- 1 lb medium ground beef
- 5 slices American cheddar quartered
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box Ritz Crackers
METHOD
- In a medium size bowl mix ground beef, mustard, ketchup salt and pepper.
- Portion out into 1 oz balls. Gently press down on the balls to make a patty slightly larger than a ritz cracker.
- Wrap with double smoked bacon.
- Place wrapped patties into med heat cast iron pan and crisp for 2 minutes, flip to crisp on other side and add a 1/4 slice of American cheddar.
- Place on Ritz Cracker. Garnish with lettuce, dill and tomato. Top with Ritz and serve
