Cucumber lemon water
Drink this cucumber lemon water all day for its anti-inflammatory and hydrating benefits!

INGREDIENTS
1/2
lemon
thinly sliced
1/4
cucumber
thinly sliced
1 pitcher
water
1/2 cup
ice
METHOD
In a large pitcher add the lemon and cucumber, then the ice and then water.
Allow to sit in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Drink all day for its anti-inflammatory and hydrating benefits!
