INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup finely diced cucumber
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill
- 2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- salt and pepper
METHOD
- Add all ingredients together, chill and serve on ice with oysters
