INGREDIENTS
- Jane's chicken tenders
- iceburg lettuce
- strips bacon
- ceaser dressing
- 2 cups shredded parmesean
METHOD
- Cook chicken as per instructions
- Wash and chop lettuce
- Once chicken is cooked, cut into small pieces
- Fold bacon onto food safe skewers and cook until desired crispiness. Set aside
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, add a handful of parmesan cheese to make approximately a 4″ wide circle
- Repeat for the number of cheese cups you want to make
- Place tray in to open on high broil for approximately 3 mintues, but watch the cheese rounds carefully looking for them to bubble and slightly brown
- Remove from oven and carefully remove each cheese round with a spatula, and place in a muffin tray to form each round into a cheese cup
- Once cooled, add salad ingredients inside and top with the bacon skewer
