INGREDIENTS
- 1 large candy cane beat
- 1 large apple honey crisp
- 2 baby cucumbers
- 1 red pepper
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 1/2 bulb fennel
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grain mustard
- 1 large lime juiced
- salt
- pepper
- splash olive oil
METHOD
Slice and julienne all veggies, try to keep everything same thickness. Place in large bowl and mix with mustard, mayo, lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
