Meatballs in a delicious beer sauce—great for batch cooking, freezing and using later however you wish!

Ingredients
5 lb
medium ground beef
2
eggs
2 cups
Panko bread crumbs
1/2 bottle
hop forward beer
1 teaspoon
kosher salt
1 teaspoon
ground pepper
Instructions
Special tools baking tray large bowl
1.In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Gently divide into 2.5 oz balls. Roll in hands to make a perfect ball and place on baking sheet.
2.Set oven on broil and place meatballs on medium rack. They should brown and crisp in 10 min. Remove and let rest.
This is a perfect simple flavour. The meatballs can now be braised, sliced, or flavoured in any direction.
