INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups shredded sharp 2 year old cheddar
- 1 1/4 cup sifted AP flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 30 extra large olives with pimiento
- 4 splashes hot sauce
- 1 tbsp spring onion chopped
METHOD
- Mix cheese, flour, hot sauce, and butter aggressively until it becomes a pasta dough texture.
- Take 1/2 tablespoon of dough and mold around olives.
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Bake at 400F for 16 minutes or until golden.
- Remove let cool and plate. Garnish with spring onion.
