One-bite fish and chip appetizers

Ingredients

¼ cup
light mayonnaise
1 tbsp
pickle brine
300 g
cooked salmon
30
kettle cooked potato chips
dill sprigs
capers

Instructions

Time: 10 minutes Makes: 30 bites Tip: Buy 2 bags of chips to find the best 30.
  1. In bowl, stir together mayonnaise and pickle brine. Set aside.
  2. Flake fish into small pieces.
  3. Top each chip with a few flakes of fish, a small dollop of pickle mayo and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
