INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pickle brine
- 300 g cooked salmon
- 30 kettle cooked potato chips
- dill sprigs
- capers
METHOD
Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 30 bites
Tip: Buy 2 bags of chips to find the best 30.
- In bowl, stir together mayonnaise and pickle brine. Set aside.
- Flake fish into small pieces.
- Top each chip with a few flakes of fish, a small dollop of pickle mayo and a dill sprig. Serve immediately.
