Dr. Mulholland is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, certified by the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada and by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has dual certification in Plastic Surgery & Head & Neck Surgical Oncology. He is a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
