Materials:

Printer
Scissors
Glitter paper
Masking tape
White paper
Glue
Frame

Method:

1. First, print off the shape of your province.

2. Turn your glitter paper upside down, and trace the shape of your province on the back.

3.  Cut out the shape of the province.

4. Using masking tape, tape the shape in the centre of a white piece of paper.

5. Cut out a coloured heart to mark your city, and glue it in place.

6. Put the paper into a frame.
