Spiked iced tea
Ingredients:
- 1 oz whisky (Mairlyn uses Forty Creek)
- Iced tea (Mairlyn uses Pure Leaf)
- 2-3 ice cubes
Method:
Use a shot glass to measure 1 ounce of whisky. Pour into a tall glass. Add ice, and fill the rest with iced tea.
Mairlyn’s French 75
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz limoncello
- Sparkling white wine
- 1 lemon wedge
- Ice
- Raspberries to garnish
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with gin, limoncello, lemon and ice. Give it a good shake until liquids are cold.
Pour the mixture into champagne flutes and top with sparkling white wine. Garnish with raspberries.
Optional: Substitute lemonade for the limoncello for a lighter drink.
