No need to fuss with sushi rice in this smoked salmon roll.
New Year’s Nibbles: Smoked Salmon Nori Rolls (rice-less)
1 pkg cold smoked salmon
4 nori sheets
Sesame seeds
1 bag radishes
1 small red onion
1 jar capers
Rice wine vinegar
1 carton sprouts
Lay a sheet of cling film out over a sushi rolling mat.
Place smaked salmon down first.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on salmon.
Add a half sheet of nori.
Brush with rice wine vinegar.
Place a mixture of finely chopped red onion, radish and capers on top of nori.
Garnish with sprouts, long enough to come out each side.
Roll, cut and serve with soy sauce if preferred.
