Makeup Blunder #1: Distorting The Eyes And Lips

When you’re drawing on eyeliner, do you pull your eyelid taut with your finger before applying the pencil?

And what about stretching out those lips before you line them?

Stop distorting, Tracy Peart advises. Why? Because when that part you’re stretching goes back to its normal shape, the line often isn’t what you want it to be.

“You want to make sure you keep your eyes relaxed and your lips relaxed, in their natural state,” Tracy P. notes. “Relax. That’s the proper way.”
