Cityline Weight Loss success: 97 pounds down!

All 3 winners -- Mel, Stefania and Mary -- look incredible, but better yet, feel a dramatic increase in energy, vitality and overall health.

What a ride this has been on the Cityline 2013 Weight Loss Challenge. The only word I have to describe the jaw-dropping results from January until now is…transformation. All 3 winners — Mel, Stefania and Mary — look incredible, but better yet, feel a dramatic increase in energy, vitality and overall health.

I have to say, the privilege of working with all 3 women was mine. From Day 1, these lovely ladies were dedicated, enthusiastic and committed to changing their health in a very positive way.

weightlosswinnersafterThe participation and comments from all our Cityline viewers was also fantastic. Thank you to everyone for taking the time and putting forth the effort to improve your health and inspire so many others. Well done!

For those of you who have lost the weight and are now wondering, “Where do I go from here?” – please refer to the Cityline maintenance package.

This package will also detail key principles I want you to continue following to keep your weight off and your waistline trim (Remember: you can avoid belly fat at any age!)

So….a drum roll please for the final results:

Veggie Delight for Doggies

  • ½ cup of spinach
  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 300F (150C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Add chopped carrots to medium put and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook until fork tender (5-10 min). Place boiled carrots aside.
  • Add spinach in the same boiled water for 1 minute and place aside.
  • Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix until dough is incorporated. If too wet, add more oats. If too dry, add more peanut butter or a little water.
  • Remove dough from food processor and place dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top, use a rolling pin to roll out dough to about ½ inch thick.
  • Cut dough into treat sizes.
  • Line dough on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the treats are dry and lightly browned on the bottoms. They will fee soft at first when removing from the oven and become firmer once they cool.
