METHOD
Jerk Spice:
- Combine All Ingredients and store in air-tight container.
Jamaican Curry Powder:
- Toast the Seeds/Grains in a skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring a bit, until they become nicely fragrant. Do not let them burn or you will get a bitter flavour.
- Grind Toasted spices in spice grinder and then place curry powder in air tight container for future use.
