INGREDIENTS
- 1/8 cup cocoa
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 2 cup strong coffee
- 1/4 caramel syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- topped whipped cream
- drizzle caramel
METHOD
Caramel mocha
- In a sauce pan combine half and half and cocoa. Whisk until smooth and then let it come to a simmer.
- Add in the coffee, caramel syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Let it come to a full simmer.
- Pour into desired mug and top with whip and caramel.
