We’d like to introduce you to the three women who’ll be working directly with Dr. Joey Shulman and helping inspire you to follow along at home!
Melanie: “I’m hoping to lose about 25 pounds. That number’s not set in stone — if it’s 21 and I feel great, I’ll stop there. If I feel I need to go a little further, I’m up for that too. I generally crave carbs, and with two kids in the house, there are snacks hanging around.”
Mary: “I’m a stress eater. If I have deadlines and I’m feeling the pressure, I might start to snack mindlessly. I won’t even realize that I’ve almost finished a bag of almonds, or whatever. It’s tough to be able to recognize that I’m snacking and when I’m stressed.”
Stefania: “During my pregnancy I gained about 30 pounds. Right now the way I feel about my weight is, it’s extra weight on my body that’s weighing me down. I don’t feel as energetic as I used to. I want to correct this now before (my daughter) gets really active so that I can keep up with chasing her around.”
