INGREDIENTS
Smokey Honey Vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp smoked honey
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/5 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/5 olive oil
METHOD
Method:
- In a salad bowl, mix in sliced radishes, lettuce, scallion, mint, oregano and tarragon. Remember that more is more in terms of herbs, we don’t want to just taste the lettuce- load it up!
- In a separate bowl add red wine vinegar, smoked honey, lemon juice and chopped garlic. Stir. While stirring, add in two parts of canola oil, one part olive oil to act as a finishing oil. Finish with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle onto greens and enjoy!
