INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz. beef patties x 2
- 1 lobster steamed, shelled and poached in butter
- 4 slices green tomato cornmeal breaded and fried
- 2 tbsp. mayo
- 2 bib lettuce leaves
- 2 slices white cheddar
- 2 brioche buns toasted with butter
- 1 kosher salt
- 6 twists black pepper
METHOD
Method:
- Take a brioche bun and spread with butter, throw onto grill to caramelize buns.
- Pound out ground beef into a thin patty and season patties heavy with kosher salt and pepper then grill to desired temp. Medium Rare Plus is kind of cool. Top with some sharp cheese in the final minute and pull to let rest for 4 minutes.
- Mayo bottom bun, then add lettuce, cheese patty, fried green tomatoes, and finally a few pieces of lobster. Drip some garlic butter on the burger from the lobster. Gently top off with the bun lid and serve.
