INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices brioche
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsps strawberry jam
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup 35% cream
- 1 nub butter
- 1 pinch flaky salt
METHOD
- Spread peanut butter on 2 slices of bread.
- Spread jelly on other two. Bring together for an almost perfect PB&J.
- Whisk eggs and cream in a medium size bowl and carefully dip both sides of sandwiches.
- Butter non stick pan and caramelize sandwiches on both sides.
- Garnish with flaky salt and serve.
