INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 coconut chips or flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
METHOD
- Slice half of the banana in thin rounds, and small dice the other half.
- Mix diced bananas, rolled oats, coconut milk, maple syrup and cinnamon together in a bowl, then divide in 2 mason jars.
- Top each jar with the sliced bananas, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
- Leave overnight in the fridge and enjoy in the morning!
