INGREDIENTS
- 12oz Estrella Daura Damm GF Beer
- 4oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (if fresh, ensure it is strained from pulp and seeds)
- 1 tbsp simple sugar (optional)
- 2 drops bitters
- Garnish with grapefruit slice
METHOD
- In a pint glass, add a few cubes of ice. Add syrup first if desired.
- Pour beer slowly and gently over ice ensuring there is no excess foam.
- Add grapefruit juice over beer. Dash bitters over top. Garnish.
