INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup almond or cashew butter
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained, rinsed and dried
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Egg Replacement
METHOD
- Egg replacement: mix and let sit for 5 minutes
- Place ALL Ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until everything is well smooth.
- Spoon 12-16 cookies onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes
