INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch fresh picked dandelion leaves washed, dried and chopped
- 1 bunch spinach
- 2 washed pears sliced and diced, soaked in lemon juice
- 1/3 cup dried cranberry
- 1 TBSP grapeseed oil
- To taste Himalayan or sea salt
- 1 TSP optional apple cider vinegar
METHOD
Combine greens, top with pear, add grapeseed oil (and optional vinegar) and then sprinkle with dried cranberries. Add salt to taste. If you don’t have a nut allergy, sprinkle on a few crushed walnuts too! Serves 4+.
