INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1 lime squeezed
- 1 seeded, finely diced bird’s eye Chili (optional)
- 3 cups green beans steamed & cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup coconut grated
- 2 cups bean sprouts fresh
- 1/2 cup shallots fried
METHOD
- In a large mixing bowl add canola oil, fresh ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, Chili, and mix well. Set aside.
- Into the same bowl add the green beans, coconut, bean sprouts and toss and mix well so that sauce fully coats the greens.
- To serve use a large plate or bowl and place mixed bean slaw into it. Garnished with Crispy shallots.
