INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 oz dough
- 2 oz extra virgin olive oil
- 1 zucchini sliced thin
- 2 oz pesto
- 1 lemon
- 4 oz burrata cream
- 3 oz grated parmigiana
- 1 handful fresh mint
- salt and pepper
METHOD
- Pour olive oil into a cast iron pan. Stretch dough to the edges. Glaze with pesto, sliced zucchini and grated parmigiana.
- Bake at 450 for 14-18 minutes
- Remove and let rest on a baking rack. Top with lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh mint, Burrata cream and black pepper.
Slice and serve.
