INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Filling
- ½ cup full fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup of halved blackberries
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Combine ingredients for the crust thoroughly in a mixing bowl and line baking tray evenly, reserving a half cup of crust
- Combine all ingredients for filling, reserving some berries to add on top, and pour over crust
- Shake the pan to disperse batter appropriately
- Add berries and clumps of crust over the top and bake for one hour
- Refrigerate before serving and slice into desired shapes or 9 rectangles
