INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb skinless and boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 lemon juiced with finely grated zest
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
METHOD
- In a dish or large sealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Thread the chicken strips onto metal or wooden skewers
- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate
- Grill the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through
