INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup A/P flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- lemon zest from 1/2 lemon
- orange zest from 1/2 orange
- 2 cups mixed berries of your choices
- butter for greasing
- granulated sugar for dusting
METHOD
- Preheat oven at 325f
- Place the milk, sugar, flour and eggs in a blender along with the vanilla and the zests, blend well to avoid lumps
- Butter an 8” pie dish and line with the granulated sugar, shake off the excess well
- Place the berries in the bottom covering most of the surface
- Pour the batter slowly and place in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream
