INGREDIENTS
- 1 cut into small florets cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a non-stick baking sheet or a sheet lined with parchment paper, combine the cauliflower with the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Delicious sprinkled with chili and lime salt (recipe p. 22).
