INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 medium peeled, deseeded grapefruits
- 1 tbsp peeled, grated fresh ginger root
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cups white tea
METHOD
- In a large blender, combine vinegar, grapefruits, ginger, mint and ice.
- Blend ingredients on high until thoroughly combined and frothy.
- Add the tea gradually and continue blending until desired consistency is reached.
- Consume immediately or store tightly sealed for up to 4 hours.
