- 1 L Water
- 1 Tbsp mint flavored Chlorophyll
- Vitamin D drops
- Collagen powder
- Vitamin C packet
- Splash of Pomegranate juice
- A squeeze of fresh squeezed Lemon
METHOD
As part of my morning routine – I like to have a large glass of water filled to the brim with ingredients to help with skin, energy and immune system function (especially in the winter months). I call it my water with a little “oomph!”
