METHOD
- On a large sheet of parchment paper lay down 8 pieces of bacon. Then going the other direction with 8 pieces go over and under to create the perfect weave.
- Roll up the parchment with bacon inside and unroll onto the turkey, making a perfect bacon hat.
- Roast at 350 degrees until internal temperature hits 165 degrees. Remove.
- Let rest for 20 minutes then serve proudly!
