INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium wheel Triple cream Brie
- 6 Sliced Peaches
- 4 Diced and toasted Butter croissants
- 1 Pomegranate
- 1 bunch Fresh Mint
- 1 lb Melted Dark chocolate
- 1/2 lb Crisped Pancetta
METHOD
- Lay down a large sheet of parchment paper on counter in service area.
- Top with peaches, brie and toasted croissants.
- Cut pomegranate in half and have guests bang out the fruit on top. Rip mint, let it rain on top, finally the crispy pancetta.
- Drizzle with the dark chocolate and have the party members dig in.
