INGREDIENTS
- 4 cored Granny Smith Apples & sliced
- 1 pint Blueberries
- 1/2 cup shredded Coconut
- 1 tbsp Icing sugar
- 1 1/2 cup quick-cook Oats
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp melted Butter
- 1 splash Vanilla
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Flax seeds
METHOD
- Toss your apples and blueberries into a deep fryer
- Mix all of the crisp ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly over the apples and blueberries
- Bake for 20 minutes, and serve with ice cream and a splash of maple syrup
