INGREDIENTS
- 8 cups 1/2" cubed watermelon
- 1 bottle off-dry rosé
- 5 shots cherry gin
- simple syrup to taste
METHOD
1. Place ingredients in a blender and puree for one minute on high.
2. Add simple syrup to taste.
3. Transfer to shallow container and place in freezer until frozen.
4. Remove from freezer and use forks to scrape mixture into a snow-like consistency.
5. Serve as desired.
(Tip: Puree cubed watermelon alongside other fruits for a slushier frosé!)
